Not the wedding service that used this domain
From 2003 to 2025 this domain belonged to a Honolulu wedding service. We are not connected to that business and cannot answer for it. We take no bookings, sell no packages and have no phone line.
If you were a client of the former business, please contact its original operator; we have no records of its bookings or ceremonies.
In 2026, before this guide existed, someone else filled the old pages with unrelated spam. Those pages have been removed.
How we check facts
We work from primary sources: the Hawaii Department of Health for the marriage license, the Department of Land and Natural Resources and the county parks departments for beach and park permits, and the State's own published rules for everything else. Every guide lists the sources it relies on.
A guide marked Checked with a date was compared with those sources on that day, and the same date heads its list of sources. A guide marked Published shows the day it went up; no check against its sources has been recorded since. When we learn that a rule or fee has changed, we re-check the guides that mention it.
Who writes the guides
The guides are written and checked by Nora Ellison, the editor of this guide. Nora Ellison is a pen name. We use AI tools for research and drafting; no guide is published until the editor has checked it against its sources.
Independence and money
Nobody pays to appear in a guide. We do not sell wedding services and take no money from venues, planners, photographers or officiants. The site carries no advertising and no affiliate links today. If that changes, advertising will be labelled and paid links marked as sponsored.
Corrections
If a guide is wrong or out of date, write to contact@myhawaiiwedding.com with the page and what has changed. We check it against the source, correct the guide and update its date.
