When you read a page
Our web server writes a short log line for each request: the address of the page, the time, the page you came from and the browser identification your browser sends. It does not keep your IP address. We use these logs to keep the site running and to stop abuse; old log files are deleted after 30 days. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks.
Cookies, statistics and ads
The site sets no cookies and shows no advertising. There are no analytics or advertising trackers on the pages today. If we add visitor statistics or advertising, this page will describe them before they go live.
When you email us
If you write to us, we keep your message and address to answer it and to follow up on a correction. We do not add you to any list and do not pass your message on.
